Mr. Minarcin graduated summa cum laude from Temple University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May 1993. After graduating from Temple Law School in 1997, Mr. Minarcin began his career as a trial attorney with the Defenders Association of Philadelphia. In 1999, Mr. Minarcin relocated to Central Florida and continued his career as a trail of attorney with the office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Kissimmee, Florida

Representing hundreds of clients charged with various offenses, including misdemeanors & felonies, Mr. Minarcin gained a wealth of experience in a criminal litigation. Mr. Minarcin has tried a wide rang of misdemeanor and felony cases to juries, including sex crimes, drugs offenses, theft offenses, robberies, burglaries and violent offences. Mr. Minarcin has considerable experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses and uses that experience to provide quality legal representation to all of his clients.
